In Store Pickup
- Please wait until you have received your fulfillment confirmation before picking up your purchase.
- While we aim to fulfill your items the same day, due to the high in-store traffic volume, we have a 2-day pickup processing window in place. When picking up, please have your order number and confirmation email ready to show our staff.
- For in-store pickups, we offer complimentary gift-wrapping. If you would like your purchase gift-wrapped, please include this request in the "message" section at checkout. If gift-wrapping is not noted during checkout, we may need additional time to wrap the gift.
- Our return policy remains the same for in-store pickups. You have 14 days after your purchase is made available for pickup to return your items, regardless of when you choose to pick them up.
- Once you have selected in-store pickup, you will not be able to request your item to be shipped instead.
